1. Who takes care of the printing, and who is the artist?

All the invitations have been created by Jinaiji, with help of her partner Leto. Jinaiji is the artist, and Zazzle takes care of your secure shopping, excellent printing, and shipping.

2. I need a product in a different color, want more matching items, or have a custom design request.

Please contact us by email. Almost all invitations created by Jinaiji can be adjusted in different colors or color schemes. If you‘re looking for more items to match your invitation, you can choose from hundreds on Zazzle: Need a wedding program? Beach wedding coasters? Can coolers or koozies for your wedding reception? Everything is possible on Zazzle, and we are ready to find the best products for your special day.
Please note that since we have a high demand for Jinaiji’s designs, we no longer accept any custom design requests.

3.  I just placed my order and realized I made a mistake! Help?

Once an order has been placed, the details for that order can’t be changed. However, you can cancel your order and place a new one. Once you‘ve canceled the order, just remake your invitation as desired (all canceled items stay in your shopping cart, where you can make changes) and then resubmit it.
Please note that this can be done only while your order status is “Pending”. Usually you have one hour from the time your order was placed to cancel it. If it is too late, please call Zazzle directly at 1-888-8ZAZZLE (1-888-892-9953) or 408-983-2800.

4. I need a quote for a specific number of invitations, RSVP cards, and Thank You cards.

Zazzle is a custom product company, where you can modify every product individually and the total price depends entirely on the customization you choose (paper type, invitation size, etc.). That’s why the best way to find out the total price of your wedding suite is to add each item to your shopping cart (make sure you choose your desired paper type, die cut shape, quantity, etc.). In your cart, apart from seeing the total price of your wedding products, you will also be able to apply the day deal code, which can get you a great discount!

5. Can I buy a digital copy?

No. We stopped selling digital copies of Jinaiji’s works three years ago. We also work exclusively only with Zazzle.

6. Do you offer a sample?

Unfortunately, Zazzle does not provide samples of any products at this time, including wedding invitations. Some of the products have a minimum order quantity; for example, the minimum order quantity for invitations is one. So if you would like a sample, please feel free to order just one invitation! In case you don’t like it, Zazzle has an excellent return/refund policy – you’ll get all your money back.

7. What about proof before you start printing?

Zazzle will print exactly what is shown on the screen at the time the order is placed. Any text that you personalize, along with the design changes and size or color alterations you make, will be printed. If you aren’t sure about your wedding invitation, please email us your customized invitation version – we will check and customize it for you for free.

8. What is your refund policy if, for some reason, I need to cancel my order?

We promise 100% satisfaction. Your trust is our top priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receipt. Please read here for more information.

9. Do you accept international orders and shipping?

Zazzle ships worldwide and has domains in over 15 different countries. This means that if your order is placed through Zazzle’s International web portals, the local tax and customs fees are covered by Zazzle. For example, if you place an order via zazzle.co.uk and live in the United Kingdom, there will be no VAT and customs fees.

10. What are your turnaround times?

Most of the products are manufactured within 24 hours. A quantity of 50 or more pieces is considered as a “High Volume Order” and may need 2-3 additional business days. You will be able to see all the details about the time of delivery, shipping time and shipping options (standard or express) in your shopping cart after you add your home address.

11. Do you print foil cards?

Great news – foil cards are launching on Zazzle in 2016! Zazzle has not yet announced the exact date. But soon, you will be offered the best looking, real foil wedding invitations.

12. Is there a different font style I can use?

You can choose from a variety of font styles on Zazzle; just hit the “Customize It” button and you will be able to change the font type, color, and size, along with a number of other things.

13. My name or text doesn’t fit – what do I do?

No problem! Just click the “Customize It” button under the picture, and you will be able to make your text smaller or bigger!

14. I just submitted my order. Can you have a look to make sure everything is centered and looks ok?

Due to Zazzle’s strict privacy policy, once you place your order, we will be unable to access it. Therefore, all the adjustments you desire should be made before the check-out. We need to work on the design before you place your order. If your order has already been placed and you would like to make some changes, you can contact Zazzle directly with your order number – the Zazzle team will be happy to help you with the layout or shipping queries.

15. Can I upload a mailing list for printed envelopes?

Unfortunately, this option is not yet available on Zazzle.

16. If I order 20 table number cards or escort cards, will they be printed with the numbers 1 through 20?

Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available on Zazzle. To get your cards printed with numbers, you’ll have to order each card individually, and add the number to your customized design.
